Laman Grill Steak & Bar-B-Que

Today i would like to tell you about my class trip:-) We go to trip on 30 March 2012 until 1 April 2012 to Shah Alam, Selangor. One of the place that we go is to the Laman Grill Steak & Bar-B-Que.. The owner of this restaurant is Chef Zubir which is the one of the panel in reality cooking program Master Chef Malaysia.. My first step enter to his restaurant, i am interested to see the decoration of the restaurant.. The ambiance of the restaurant is very attractive and so romantic.. Customers can choose to seat inside the restaurant or outside the restaurant if they want to relaxed and smoking.. But i think that the space of restaurant is to small and crowded to the customer group like us.. From the right side, there is look like a lot of piece of paper with the picture of his members and teachers as a  picture wall.. That show that he never forget and really appreciate his teachers and members.. It motivated me that even if we are success, we can't forget people around us..

Then, i can see several of awards that achieved by Chef Zubir that have been placed on the wall.. I am very impressed with him.. It is not easy to him to success like now.. There is lot of challenges to be faced..

We already informed them that we just want to eat the main course and the dessert. While waiting for the food, i have experience watching Chef Zubir prepared foods in his kitchen and how his staff work together as a team:-) They work so fast to prepare the food:-) Then, the waiter served the foods to us.. I choose to eat Braised BBQ US Beef Short Ribs.. The combination of the tender braised beef in succulent smoked Texas barbeque sauce with Australian romaine-pear salads and open faced beef oxtail-US russet twiced baked potatoes that combine in my mouth is very tasty. The decoration of food also good.. The potion of food is in medium size..

For the dessert, we have Chocolate Caramel Banana, Tiramisu, Raspberry Vanilla Cream Cake and Warm Lava Chocolate Cake.. I have try all this dessert and it is delicious but i love to eat Warm Lava Chocolate Cake with vanilla ice-cream.. When you eat this dessert, you will feel like a dream:-) Because of what?:-) The dessert is still warm when it is served and on the top of it have a scoop of vanilla ice cream.. It is a good combination when warm chocolate cake eat with cold vanilla ice cream;-) Want to see how it is? taadaa..

I am very satisfied with the food and i think it is better if  he can large his restaurant to provide more space to customer.. The price of the food also reasonable.. We take a picture with Chef Zubir before we go back.. He is very nice person.. He ask me how the foods? I said it is very delicious and my stomach is full.. Then, he said thank you and very important is the food is delicious and customer satisfied with the food..

Even he is busy but he can spend some time to us.. I can't forget this moment.. InsyaAllah i want to come here again next time.. 

Nasi Kandar Beratur

Hehe i would like to thank because you still support and follow reading my blog.^_^ Continue to our next destination.. Where do you expect we will go? hehe While walking along the road beside the sea, we get an idea to have the dinner at Nasi Kandar Beratur.. Do you ever heard it?:-) Of course you have right?:-) Nasi Kandar Beratur is one of the famous nasi kandar in Penang.. Can you imaging people willing to queue just to eat the nasi kandar? What are the difference or special about this nasi kandar among others? So we decide to go there and experience it.. It is located beside the Kapitan Keling Mosque and the business operation start on 10.00pm..

We line up with other customers and fortunately it just take less than 15 minutes to get the nasi kandar.. We just choose what we want and pay it..  hehe you want to see the food? here it is:-)

Look like yummy with the big size of fried chicken:-) Like this, it only cost you RM6.50 and you will get white rice, fried chicken, vegetables and mix sauce.. We agree that this nasi kandar is quite salty on that night.. Maybe it is because of they put too much mix sauce.. or maybe the taste is like that.. For us who did not try it yet, it is maybe salty but for others or their regular cutomers it is okay.. Hehe.. Our stomach is already full and we want to go home.. With lot of happiness, we drive back to our home through Penang bridge.. So if you interested with this pasembur or nasi kandar, go and find it! See you again.. bye.

Pasembur

Hai.. I am sorry because i'm busy with assignment and do not update my post, so today i will write a new post to you;-) Ermm what i want to tell you? What about foods at Penang? Do you know about Pasembur at Gurney Drive? hehe.. I go to Penang with my friends about last 3 weeks just to relax without thinking about a lot of assignment that we have..hehe oppss..^-^  Okay we go back to our topic, around 8pm we drive to jetty and used ferry to take fresh open air and see the view of the sea at night.. It is cold and so relaxing:-) You can see lot of colourful light at island from ferry..

When we reach to the island, we continue driving to Gurney and find a place to eat..  We take a seat, then the waiter come and take the order.. I just want some simple food before having the dinner, so i order 'pasembur' (biasa) that cost me RM5.. While waiting the 'pasembur', i'm interested with the action of 'pasembur' seller that attract his customers with singing 'rojak' and dancing while he put the sauce of 'pasembur'.. I can see that the tourists also entertain to see him..

Then, food come and it ready to eat.. I am very shocked because of the potion of 'pasembur' (biasa) is big from my expectation.. I can't finish it alone and i share it with my friends.. The ingredients of 'pasembur' is cucumbers, turnips, boiled eggs, potato, tofu, and 'cucur udang'. The taste of pasembur is tasty for me but some of my friends said that the sauce is spicy.. It is depend on our sense of taste right?:-) Not all people love spicy food like me:-) hehe So, for me it is reasonable to pay RM5 to this 'pasembur' with this big portion;-) Want to know our next destination? hehe continue..

Burger!

Hello everyone! This is my first blog. I want to share with you about foods. Do you feel hunger? I would like to introduce you to a healthy burger. All of us already known about Subway Burger right?^_^ So, I want to share with you about it's burger. I go to Subway around 2 weeks ago with my classmates and i have tasted it's burger. I choose a type of bread that i want, tuna, salads, sauces and 1 bottle of mineral water. Hehe it charge me RM10.00 for my lunch on that day. But it is okay because i want to tasted subway burger. I am surprise with the burger portion. It is a big portion to me. Can i finish it? My mouth is watering^_^ When i eat this burger, i can taste the fresh of salad, onion, tomato, cucumber, cheese, tuna and mayo together combine in my mouth:-) It is delicious and tasty.

It's take time to me to finish it and off course it is finish lastly^_^. My stomach is very full and i didn't eat dinner on that day. Look! Although it is cost me RM10.00 but i can save my money for dinner. We enjoy the food and at the same time we eat fresh. Sound good? Do you want to go and tasted it?
